Underrated by what standard? Fantasy value or in reality?
I think Njoku is the obvious answer here for offense - the Browns paved the way for him to be their #1 TE by cutting Barnidge, he's probably the most athletically gifted player on the offense, he's going to be a big target for whichever QB is the starter, but with all that in mind his ADP right now is 197 (i.e. undrafted in a 12 team league) and his average ranking among TEs is 22.7. He'll require patience early on, but by the end of the season I could definitely see him as a consistent flex option or even borderline TE1.
