Situation in Washington is worth watching. To me at least.

There's no reason to suggest the Steelers have any interest,
I just think Matt Jones, James Conner and Knile Davis > Toussaint, Conner, Davis.

?

Matt Jones reminds me of Mendenhall. Talented running but can't stop fumbling the ball. Remember how frustrating he was?

Mendenhall didnt fumble as much as some fans remember. He had some crucial fumbles that stick with people (like in the SB vs the Packers), but its not like he was constantly fumbling. The thing that was frustrating is how he always ran the extreme RISK of fumbling because he always carried the ball away from his body. Its shocking he didnt have twice as many fumbles as he did, if not more.

My intent was to say I think M.Jones would be a better addition to our RB depth (along with Conner and Davis) than Toussaint.

He wants PAID. Not he's gonna get cut. Of course I want him over Touissant who fumbled our ring paving the way for Manning to throw for 150 yards and get a ring in the Super Bowl

That's exactly like Jones, great comparison, except Mendenhall was way more productive. Jones seems to not have that many fumbles, but has them at horrible times. He fumbled when the skins played Bmore last year when they were trying to lock down a victory and he fumbled in the Detroit game trying to take on two defenders to get into the endnote. Old defender stood him up, and the other stripped him... Of the ball! Laughing

If not for a poor game in Detroit where he fumbled at the 3 of 4 yard line and a botched exchange he and Cousins had, he may have remained the Redskins starter all season last year and finished with 1,000 yards and 7 of 8 Tds.

Another concern is that he's had two injuries his first two seasons. His rookie hip injury cost him the final month of the season and the playoff game and last year his injury was part of the reason Robert Kelly started vs Cincy and then took the job from Jones which, led to Jones bring inactive the rest of the year because he's not a core special teams player.

I think if jones wants a future in the NFL he's going to have to realize he needs to be a back up and a special teams player. I don't think he'd come to that realization yet, he thinks he should be starting but doesn't seem to want to compete for the job.
