Two seperate hip injuries and he was banged up this year.

It was the same injury, just re-aggravated it by rushing back too quickly.

Flex TE/Slot WR=same thing except one occasionally lines up on the LOS

Which shows that they are not the same thing. By putting him on the line we match him up more often with a LB than potentially a slot CB and therefore give him a better chance for separation.

Either way, can't exactly rely on him to play 16 games because he's one wrong hit to the hip away from well ya know.

The LB is as fast as him, He has a big size advantage over the slot CB so meh.

Every player is one injury away from getting their career killed. Pittas hip wasn't fractured because of a hit, but because he fell awkwardly on it - why should a hit now do something to it?

Waller had great top end speed and combined with his height/weight ratio he was a great prospect at wide receiver. But as a long strider, he didn't gain enough separation on the outside. He was a really good blocker already when he was drafted, which makes sense to move him inside - we just have to continue developing him there.

Maxx Williams should be a good complimentary tight end, but he really has to stay healthy now so he can see the field and develop chemistry with Flacco and get some game time experience.

Yeah, I'm not expecting big things from Maxx this season.

Depends on if he sees the field. As it stands the Ravens have six players at that position and there's a decent chance of them all making the roster (using the depth there to flex to TE and FB/HB).

As an individual talent we really don't know what Maxx is, but that won't matter if the team can't find a way to maximize the talent they have. Not drafting a WR helps the cause of getting more TEs on the field but it's still Mornhinweg scheming the offense.
