BREAKING: Battery case against #Browns DL Caleb Brantley dismissed, per court records. #Gators

What a steal for the Browns.

So if Caleb Brantley is free and clear, what becomes of Larry Ogunjobi now? Is he joining Carl Nassib on the bench in the #65th overall d-line depth selection club in Cleveland?

And are Desmond Bryant's days as a Cleveland Brown done? The Browns would save 3 million by cutting him, but c'mon. They're the Browns, they're not exactly hurting for spare cap room.

Round 6 pick. Literally zero risk...Sashi Brown & co just killed this draft.

Re: roster depth, it's a good problem to have.

Damn he was my favorite pass rushing DT in the draft. He was worth a pick in the twenties imo. I would have taken him before either of the Browns other first round picks besides Garrett.

So why didn't it apply to members of the Cleveland Browns?

I'm getting those jokes in now, I don't think I'm going to be able to in three years.

ESPECIALLY on the D-Line, easily one of the most rotated positions.

I would have put money on the case being dismissed. I can understand being cautious with your brand. But cautious doesnt mean having to be stupid. Anyone could see there was nothing there. Lasting till the 6th was ridiculous.

I hope he does well and earns a great big, fat payday in a few years.

Dude was talented but that wasn't the only off the field incident he had nor will it be the last. He'll struggle at the NFL level since he had an inconsistent motor and he'll struggle for snaps in cleveland.
