Have no idea who he is. But I figured Min would pick someone like that.

Recent injuries, strong, good size but not great speed. Gives too much cushion against speed burners. Quick decisions and closes fairly well considering his relatively slow speed. A project for scheme fit, at best, I'm guessing.

Isn't afraid to tackle. I bet he ends up getting reps at the nickel spot behind Alexander.

I projected him as a safety. Will have to really fight to make a team. He's an agressive SOB

Tocho is the son of Kenyan immigrants, and has travelled to Africa several times. That worldly experience shows up in his maturity level, as he was a team captain and full-time starter as a senior (37 tackles, two for loss, two interceptions, nine pass breakups). Has a compact frame with good play strength. Highly intelligent and will be able to digest an NFL playbook easily. Known for work ethic on and off the field. Veteran cornerback who understands his own strengths and weaknesses. Plays with confidence.

He struggled with injuries in his junior year, missing part of three games and being limited in others while only starting three games on the year (20 tackles, one INT, three PBU). Big things had been expected of Tocho that year, as he was the team's Defensive Back of the Year in 2014 after leading the squad with 11 pass breakups (41 tackles, one INT). He was also the Wolfpack's Co-Freshman of the Year in 2012, starting seven times, making 25 tackles, intercepting two passes, and breaking up three others.

I'll be happy if he can make the team and be a good special teams player. The numbers aren't too bad.

Tocho: “Honestly, ever since my junior year I’ve been hearing talks about playing safety. When I was at N.C. State, I was playing a little bit of safety just to get ahead of the game in practice. The coaches kind of knew it, too, just felt that, just in case, it was something I could have in my back pocket.”

Over four seasons for the Wolfpack, Tocho played 49 games and made 36 starts. He totaled 122 tackles (98 solo), 26 pass breakups and six interceptions.
