Doesn't count if it's the CFL

I'm confused as to why we didn't at least keep him for camp because odds are we'll have at least a back or two injured. Did the staff really think he's that useless, or was it a courtesy to him if he thinks he has a better shot of making a 53 man roster elsewhere?

Sign him in Madden.

The prevailing thought is they didn't want to take reps away from the rookies and/or have his poor habits in the room rub off on the new kids.

Kind wished he'd at least be brought to camp and if he were cut for bad habits, it could've been a teaching tool for the young-uns...

Or... they just make sure the rookies practice the right way and put in their time instead of bringing in a diva player just to cut him and set an example. Laughing

I'm very happy the Packers went this direction. Michael ran hard, but that's about all he did. He didn't follow his blockers, didn't pass pro well, seemed to have as many 0 yard gains as he did positive runs, and had a major special teams gaffe.

Remember when Monty and Cobb both made intellectual ST plays by stepping on the out of bounds marker before they fielded a kick inside the 10? Yeah, that's never happening with Michael.

Say what you want about Michael, nobody could celebrate a non-call better than him!
