Competition and depth on DL. Strong tackler but has character issues it seems. Interesting pick.

I liked both Youngstown State DEs a lot. Pumped about this pick. Wanted Rivers, but happy with Moss as a consolation prize.

Interesting player, but he got exposed at the wrong time:

An off-field incident where he reportedly exposed himself to a fellow student caused him to be dismissed from campus, missing the 2014 football season.

People try to say Mixon "was young and made a stupid mistake". What he did, to me, doesn't qualify as that. However, flashing someone when you're 18 definitely qualifies as being young and making a stupid mistake. If that's the character concern you have to deal with with him, I'm fine with it.

He was at the hospital visiting his grandmother who suffered a stroke. She was alert when he was drafted and cried. Feel good stuff.

Since when is getting your junk out in public a character concern. Isn't that just being young? I don't consider myself a bad person and I've streaked and walked home from pub naked heaps of times in my youth. It's just immaturity not a character concern?

Really good write up on Moss. Ledyard calls him the prototypical Spags player. Compares him to Tuck, Ayers.

Bucky Brooks said he thinks this guy has a better chance to be an NFL player than his teammate DE the Patriots drafted in the 3rd.

I liked both of the Youngstown State DEs a lot, and I think that is definitely possible. Both ended up in really good systems for them. Rivers fits what the Patriots love in their pass rushers- athletic, can be moved around, can rush with hand in dirt or standing up- and Moss fits exactly what Spags loves in his DL- strong, plays run extremely well, can play on the edge or kick inside. It's gonna be fun seeing how they pan out over the next few years. I think Moss can make an impact this year and may spell the end of Owa, depending on how many DEs we carry into the season on the 53. And while I do like both of those guys, it's not doubt Moss was the better value.

I like this pick, first saw him and his film and he reminded me of Robert Ayers. If OWA can finally get going then we could have some nice depth at DE with JPP,OV, OO, Moss, Okwara

I mean, it IS sexual harassment.

Did he do it at a woman? Or just in public?

I was able to find an article with details about it, and yeah, it was worse than I thought. Exposed himself to a female cashier at a convenience store on campus when he was 18. Surprised he only got charged with indecent exposure. Normally that is grounds for a much harsher charge. Hopefully he's turned himself around because that is a stupid and disgusting thing to do.
