Westbrook would be a good Terrence Williams replacement. Why isn't he going higher what's wrong with him? (Honestly haven't been paying enough attention to cfb lately to know but he seems like a hell of a player

I would try and target these guys on Day 3

Mack Hollins (WR) North Carolina
Josh Malone (WR) Tennessee
KD Cannon (WR) Baylor

Carl Lawson (DE/OLB) Auburn
Caroll Phillips (DE/OLB) Illinois
Hunter Dimick (DE) Utah)

Tedric Thompson (SS) Colorado
Rayshawn Jenkins (S) Miami
Montae Nickelson (SS) Michigan State
Eddie Jackson (SS/CB/PR) Alabama

Brian Hill (RB) Wyoming
Jake Butt (TE) Michigan ( keep the Michigan theme going) ***
Brandon Wilson (CB/KR/PR) Houston (could possibly move Awuzie to safety position to help strengthen secondary) ***

If the front office was in any way depending on a Randy "Tyrone Biggums" Gregory return next year, they should really consider another DE in the 4th. I know he's had injury issues but Carl Lawson could really be a steal in the 4th.

Other than that, like everyone else said, if we can somehow grab One of King, Butt, Lawson, Woods, Westbrook I'll be pumped.

Carl Lawson's medicals must be really awful. There's no way he should still be on the board based on talent.

I wouldn't necessarily mind if we go TE with our next pick, since I think Butt or George Kittle would be good fits/players, but it's worth noting that TE is the only position on offense where we've got a full 4-player arsenal of guys on multi-year contracts. Whereas, at QB, WR, RB, and OL, we've got numerous depth/role players playing on one year deals.

And it's still the Jeff Heath/Robert Blanton show at SS. Give me Thompson, Woods, or King (is he dropping for medical reasons too?) if we can get one of them.

Some great players still there.

Frankly I'd love king.

Brown - Jones - Lewis - King - Cheeto

As our secondary? That is a young group that can play different positions.

Seen quote from SJ that Dallas apparently has 2 high rated safeties on their board still.

Walk away today with a S, OT, RB, and TE. With RG's apparent failed drug test, might not be a bad idea to get another DE, but I think don't think we're in terrible shape there.

Would be great to find a buyer for Scan and get another pick, but I haven't much hope in that.

Lot of big names still floating out there.

-----------------------------------------------------

Defense is going to look so much different next year....

Taco and Tapper (lol...taco tapper)
Smith in the middle
Chidobe and Lewis
A safety still a good possibility

I have a feeling Butt will probably be going off the board fairly early today

1. Dede Westbrook - His speed would give this offense another dimension. Stretches the field for Dez and Elliott.
2. Desmond King - Would feel a big need and should start at SS immediately.
3. Carl Lawson - Injury risk pick but huge talent.
4. Julie'n Davenport/Roderick Johnson - Either one could develop into a starter at RT
5. Xavier Woods
6. Jake Butt

HM

TJ Logan - Would give us more juice on the offense and play STs.

Scan and our 6th for a high 4th.

4a. Jake Butt

4b. Desmond King or Xavier Woods

Scandrick isn't going anywhere, per Jerry Jones. So move on from that thought.

Well, seemed pretty unlikely anyway. Not sure who to believe here. Think Scan himself said Dallas was looking to trade him. Maybe it was 3rd rder or nothing for Dallas.
