Super young, top shelf arm talent, above average mobility and actually built like a pro QB.
Who was the last Browns QB to check all of those boxes?

He has just as much of a chance of being a good NFL QB as the 3 QBs selected ahead of him, and we got him after already snagging 3 potential starters. Being that QB is a big position of need, this is pretty darn good value. I hope we sit him for the better part of the year and don't rush him - maybe Hue works some magic. _________________

I like the pick for where the Browns drafted him.
The one comparison I read on him was Steve McNair. I would love that lol
I dont hate him like others dude. He has all the tools you want from a QB. Now if Hue and others can properly coach him up, they might of gotten a steal.
Cant hate it either that he is an ohio kid from Toledo |

At 52 there's nothing to complain about. We finally didn't reach on a player like this at 22!!!! _________________ 2013 Browns Forum HOF |

This. He does have a lot to work on, though. But as I said before, if anyone can help him get it together, it's Hue. Worth the risk at #52. If he sucks, we can easily move on from him. Definitely has the potential to be a legit franchise QB, though. _________________ Cleveland Browns Forum Hall of Fame Inductee |

Terrible pick. I hate this pick.
Obi was right there for the taken.
We'll be picking top 3 next year and grabbing a franchise QB. _________________ Cleveland Browns: Myles Garrett! |

Be honest, how many games have you watched Obi play?

He looks more Josh Freeman than Steve McNair to me. Very meh pick. Hope this doesn't keep us from going after a legitimate franchise QB in the next year. Really do hope I'm wrong on him. |

If every prospect lives up to their potential, Kizer would have the greatest impact.
Get to work Hue. |

Hue is the biggest reason for taking a QB. Kizer is raw but has all the tools.
Went back to watch some of his highlights. Man his arm talent is damn nice. One of the best arms we have seen. Lets hope Hue can mold him. |
