Ideal situation:

Stay put at 21 and grab the Tier A LB or DE that hopefully drops.

Trade up in the 2nd to grab the Tier B LB or DE that will drop.

I like this plan.

PS, there are too many people agreeing with FTW, it feels weird in here.

Everybody always agrees with me. The weird part is, this time, everybody is admitting to agreeing with me.

None of the late 1st DBs excite me, and are easily a distant third as far as need. Foster, Watt or Reddick at LB in the first or Harris, Barnett, Charlton, McDowell at DE in the first. All of which would be more impactful than a CB. I would be ok going into the year with what we have at DB. I would like an upgrade at S but maybe Killebrew improves a lot. I have no such faith in our DL and LB cores.

most of the guys you have aren't really considered drops tho. Foster? Barnett? Why scramble for dbs next year I think you gotta get a good one out of a draft that has good talent. None of these des excite me on your list I like watt better at de.
