The schedule is officially being released tonight. There's already some rumors swirling around, like:

Redskins to host first Thanksgiving game in franchise history

Quote:
For the first time in franchise history, the Washington Redskins will host a Thanksgiving Day game. The New York Giants come to FedEx Field on Nov. 23, according to a person with knowledge of the situation. Itís slated to be the Thursday night contest, a game the NFL added in 2006 to complement its traditional doubleheader hosted by the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys.

#Redskins to host #Eagles in Week 1, sources told ESPN.

We also host the Raider on SNF in Week 3 apparently.

There's not a team on the schedule that I look at and count as an automatic L, so that's new. But it's a tough schedule when it comes to the early bye week, the constant home/away games from week to week, the lack of rest after going to the west coast, etc.

I say 10-6.

If we nail this draft. If not, 8-8.

We have the 7th toughest schedule this year. Yo-Yo back and forth home /away/home/away. It will be a good test.

i swear we always play the toughest teams in prime time excluding our division. we get to get embarrassed by the chiefs and raiders in back to back weeks in prime time.

Seems like an 0-16 schedule if I've ever seen one.

Alright, well

EAGLES (W)
AT RAMS (W)
RAIDERS (Primetime Sunday Night - L)
AT CHIEFS (Primetime - L)
5 BYE
49ERS (W)
AT EAGLES (Primetime - L)
COWBOYS (W)
AT SEAHAWKS (L)
VIKINGS (W)
AT SAINTS (W)
GIANTS (Primetime - L)
AT COWBOYS ((Primetime - L)
AT CHARGERS (W)
CARDINALS (W)
BRONCOS (W)
AT GIANTS (L)

Potentially 9-7. But games could flip like the Saints, Cardinals and Broncos. At worst, 6-10.

Cousins first born is due week 2. And its a trip to LA to play the Rams.

You know he wants to be around should she go into labor. His heads gonna be a mess that far away.

I was in a different country when my first was born. I was a mess with concern and anger I was stuck and couldnt be/get there.

Week 1: vs Philadelphia, 1 PM
Week 2: @ Los Angeles Rams, 4:25 PM
Week 3: vs Oakland: 8:30 PM (SNF)
Week 4: @ Kansas City, MNF
Week 5: <bye>
Week 6: vs San Francisco, 1 PM
Week 7: @ Philadelphia, MNF
Week 8: vs Dallas, 4:25 PM
Week 9: @ Seattle, 4:05 PM
Week 10: vs Minnesota, 1 PM
Week 11: @ New Orleans, 1 PM
Week 12: vs NY Giants, 8:30 PM (TNF, Thanksgiving)
Week 13: @ Dallas, 8:30 PM (TNF)
Week 14: @ San Diego, 4:05 PM
Week 15: vs Arizona, 1 PM
Week 16: vs Denver, 1 PM
Week 17: @ NY Giants, 1 PM

Not a fan of the bye being that early, but we only get one back-to-back road game and it's a 10 day layoff. Downside is that it's to Dallas and then to San Diego.

Have to say it's a nicer schedule than we had last year (early bye notwithstanding).
