They used a taser on Junior during his arrest. Laughing Laughing Laughing I would've paid good money to see that.

Looks like Sean Payton shared his thoughts on McCaffrey today. Should be interesting to see if they pull the trigger on him at pick 11

I've been saying for years that the Saints need a true dual threat RB. For a team that passes more than any other team in the league, it just makes too much sense. (and too little sense with guys like Ingram and AP. Yes, Ingram has improved....but still)

I agree with your thoughts on Charles too. If he can come back healthy, he's much more versatile than AP and fits the Saints system a whole lot better.

Anyone hear from Worm? He's been MIA, which isn't like him. Especially this close to the draft.

Just read that Kikaha is participating in full in off season workouts. Hoping he comes back strong. His rookie season was beastly.

Butler signed his RFA tender today and will hold out until Minicamp. Any rumors a trade is still an option?

I think we will have him before the weekend. I think we obviously give up the #32, but I think we'll want a later round pick as well.

Wonder how far Reuban Foster falls after his positive drug test at the combine to go along with all the other stuff that went on at the combine. If he falls to the 2nd round he might be a good pick. Wouldn't mind taking a chance on him then.

Part of me feels like we should take him with our first pick if Barnett is gone, but another part of me hopes he somehow falls to 32.

Imagine us somehow getting Barnett and Foster in the first round. Cool

I'm giving 5:1 odds that I make the team before Junior is healthy and plays in the NO/WAS game. Any takers?

Saints and Butler have agreed to a long term deal, however the Saints are leaning away from trading one of their top 3 picks for him according to Rap

In my ideal world we trade a 2018 conditional 3rd round pick that could turn into a 2nd, and just keep all our picks this year.

what incentive would that give the pats to make a trade? They could keep him this year and get a 3rd back as a comp pick when he leaves.

Saints and Peterson are closing in on a one year deal, worth around 3$ million. Shocked

Not bad at all. Worth a shot to see how well he does with a looooooooooooot less touches as a backup. We already don't run that much and he's only a backup, might keep him fresh. Either way, it's worth the shot for $3 mil.
