I agree, way better than last year. Tough schedule, I say 11-5. One divison loss, one loss to Carolina OR Atlanta, one loss to Dallas OR Seattle, week one is such a toss-up, loss to the Steelers in their house, and drop one we should win.

But hey its way too early. Embarassed

12 wins.

Losses at Atlanta, at Chicago, at Pittsburgh, and v. Tampa Bay.

Scrolled through the ESPN team bet writers for each NFL team and the predictions for their teams record.

AFC with 6 teams have 10+ wins and 6 others with 9 wins.

NFC with 7 teams have 10+ wins and 5 others with 9 wins.

Lots of lofty expectations. combined record of the predictions is 283-229 (256-256 should be the end result)

Certainly there was not collaboration on the wins and losses in each game.

12-4 for me.

Losses at Pittsburgh, at Atlanta, at Minnesota, and vs Baltimore.

Tampa doesn't worry me unless they find another offensive weapon. I've seen what House can do on Evans and you can provide safety help to Randall (vs DeSean) most of the game.... if Jackson is even active.

Man I am starting to like this forum. Reddit has us losing about as much as we win and doesn't think we have much of a chance. Sad place.

I mean with Rodgers, we get to 10 wins. With our defense and their dinosaur leader, maybe no more than 10 wins. We should be in line for the 3 or 4 seed and another division crown. Probably will miss out on the 2 seed by a game (that Dallas matchup may be pivotal). From there, depending on if half our team is on IR like most years, we could always make a run but it'll most likely come down to having to win the NFCCG on the road again, likely in ATL.

Still better than reddit, most people on there figure us a eight win team. Laughing

I think we go 13-3 with all 3 losses coming before the bye. We choked away a win against a horrible Bears team at home on Thanksgiving a couple years ago and we got Dallas and Atlanta on the road right off the bat. We always come out slow, with the 2011 season being the exception, and we always seem to have issues with our offense over the first half of the season only to come out strong on the back half of the season.

Here's a list of the 2017 first rounders on the Packers schedule this year. Rookies take awhile, but on the defensive side, those are some guys who might make an early impact.
Interesting to see Bak and Bulaga vs those rookie pass rushers

Myles Garrett
Mitchell Trubisky
Christian McCaffrey
John Ross

Marshon Lattimore
Marlon Humphrey
OJ Howard
Jarrad Davis
Jabrill Peppers
Tak McKinley
Taco Charlton
David Njoku
TJ Watt
Ryan Ramczyk

I dont think rookies have much of a chance. Both of top five by pretty much every metric you go by. Rodgers had crazy time when no one rushed him last year. The pressure might come up the middle if it does, but IMO we have the best tackle combo in the NFL.

Let's be honest, there's plenty of super homers that think we're going 23-0 on reddit too lol
