Quote:
Chiefs released DT Jaye Howard.

Howard missed most of 2016 with a hip injury after signing a two-year extension last offseason. The Chiefs owe Howard $2.5 million but are hoping to offset some of his guaranteed money if he signs with another team. With Howard gone, Allen Bailey will see a bigger role in base sets.

Pretty surprising...would be a good pickup if he is fully recovered.

Really wanted him in FA last year, he was so good in 2015. Well worth bringing him in.

Yup, I'd like to add him, definitely.

The entire Bears Cardinals 2006 game is on YouTube. Dear god Rex grossman sucked. Anyone that thinks Cutler sucked needs to go back and watch what we had before. That and Kyle Orton who pretty much never threw for more than 175 yards per game lol

Holy crap I forgot how Rex Grossman was incapable of throwing a pass shorter than 40 yards lmao. It's deep ball after deep ball

I thought he played pretty damned well the first 5 games of the season. Wheels came off against AZ for sure.

Dear god muhsin Muhammad was so right about Chicago being where receivers go to die. Dude was open pretty often but Grossman either never saw him or threw a horrrendous pass. Dude would've had much more success ANYWHERE else

You're right he was good to great in 4 of the first 5 games but he only broke 300 yards once that season lmao. Most games were under 200 yards passing and multiple interceptions.

What does a passer rating even mean when you throw for just 188 yards

Looks like Kevin White is changing his number from #13 to #11...hopefully going back to his old college number will bring about a change of luck.

Been wondering if Wheaton is gonna give up #10 for Tru or not.

I doubt he will get a say in it...if the franchise QB wants the number he will get it...Wheaton wore #2 in college so he could move to #12.
