I really hope they both stick around for 5+ years and win a few more rings so that their Super Bowl record is untouchable

They just got their "one for their thumb", now it's time to get one for their critics.

There are two first-round draft picks from 2014 who aren’t in the NFL right now, and they’re the two players picked by the Browns. Of the 32 players chosen, 30 are still in the league, heading into their fourth NFL seasons. Only Justin Gilbert and Johnny Manziel are not active NFL players.

And that's why the people that did that draft are no longer there. The Browns can blame Spiels for screwing with their heads again, which they did twice (first with the whole Trent Richardson thing and then Justin Gilbert).

Spielz might very well have trolled them with Manziel too, what with the "published reports" of the Vikings wanting to take him that came out after the draft. maybe the source of those was Speilz planting them during the first round, intentionally making CLE go for Manziel instead of Bridgewater.

hard for any of us to know for sure.

Today the Patriots signed restricted free agent running back Mike Gillislee to an offer sheet that they hope the Bills won’t match, and previously the Patriots signed running back Rex Burkhead away from the Bengals. What do Gillislee and Burkhead have in common? The average fan may not know a lot about them, but the analytics people love them.

Analytics website FootballOutsiders.com ranked Gillislee as the most efficient running back in the NFL last year, and Burkhead as No. 2. Analytics website NumberFire also had Gillislee first and Burkhead second. Analyst Warren Sharp’s metrics had Gillislee first and Burkhead second in success rate, and Burkhead first and Gillislee second in the fewest “missed yards per attempt,” or how close they came to being successful on the plays that weren’t quite good enough to quality as successful.

It was so stupid of Buffalo to only place an original round tender on him.

It's not a pure coincidence that the Bills haven't made the playoffs in this millennium.

Randy Gregory failed his 7th drug test. He'll never play football again.

This is why you don't draft drug heads who can't even get clean for the combine.

Doug Whaley, the Bills G.M. who had reportedly been on thin ice all offseason, was officially fired early Sunday morning.

Almost immediately after the Bills hired head coach Sean McDermott, there was talk coming out of Buffalo that McDermott and Whaley didn’t see eye to eye, and that Pegula sided with McDermott when the two disagreed. Pegula reportedly gave McDermott control of the draft, and now that the draft is over, Whaley is out.

Glad we ended up passing on him. Landed Waynes and Kendricks instead.

The Saints were rebuilding their defense anyway, again, and now they have a hole in the middle of the side of the ball they can trust. According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Saints center Max Unger suffered a foot injury, and is expected to miss the start of the 2017 regular season.

Saw another report of them trading Ingram to the Eagles for Kelce.

http://www.bleedinggreennation.com/2017/5/8/15582412/nfl-trade-rumors-eagles-saints-mark-ingram-jason-kelce-deal-philadelphia-new-orleans-running-back

I saw it on another website on my phone earlier but same rumor. Adrian would have to love this

I thought right after the draft that Ingram to PHI would make a lot of sense
