I guess it's an unpopular opinion, but I think they go with their best edge rusher.

Andre Branch is a rotational player at best, Hayes is a run-defender, Wake can't play forever, and they have nothing else. Plus, it's a position of higher value. I could see them going OG in 2 or 3, but not 1.

Bingo. Don't be surprised if Jordan Willis is the pick here. They have worked him out over three times already, not to mention that he models his game after Wake's.

I can see it, too. But going into 2017 with our current OL will be like trying to row a boat with a hole in it. We also might be looking at Willis in case we trade down from #22.
