Though that might be the case, individually, that might be the worst thing for him. To be home with all of his boys and family, already having maturity issues and now money? Eeek... | McDowell isn't perfect but his issues are overblown. Supposedly he's a cancer because he doesnt try hard in practice. No one can argue he doesn't try hard in games because we get to see him try hard in games. The MSU staff is leaking bad info about McDowell to make themselves look better. They couldn't field 11 competent players or teach them their defense and refused to adjust the scheme to fit the players. That isn't McDowells fault. If anything he showed he was being a good team player when he played freaking nose tackle for them when they couldn't find anyone else to do it. Instead of taking the blame and putting their jobs at risk, the people at MSU are just anonymously saying that their star player was really an out of control deviant that ruined everything. In reality, they failed at their job and probably got upset when he didn't fall in line with their crap. Narduzzi was the guy that was behind the success at MSU, there wasn't much concern about McDowell until after he left. Surrounding McDowell with coaches like Jim Caldwell, Teryl Austin, and Kris Kocurek would be good for him. The biggest issue with him is his willingness to compete for a spot. He only went to MSU because he was guaranteed playing time. NFL teams just need to make sure he understands that everything is earned in the NFL and that he wont be given a starting job. |
Lol, I wondered why you were all of a sudden a Malik fan. But this sounds about as false as the claims you are claiming leaked from MSU staff members. |
I give it an LOL as well. _________________

You can put away your tinfoil hat. |
LOL, I was wondering why he was such a big Malik fan now, and its obviously because it gives him an opportunity to bash MSU. So much wrong in that post. |
