Two running backs on the list but only one cornerback and only one wide receiver.

Makes sense.

Tough choice between Latimore, OJ Howard, and a WR like Ross or Davis but I have to go with the BPA and a position of big need with Latimore. The Bills lost Stephon Gilmore to free agency and haven't replaced him, getting Lattimore here would be a steal and give them a corner who I feel is actually an upgrade over Gilmore.

He's just listing the best players available. The two running backs are listed higher than the #2 corner and WR by most big boards - if not all.

So which big boards have Humphrey and Williams outside the top twenty but Kizer and McDowell on the list?

Well that's a fair point. I was just talking about the running backs. I agree with you there.

Marshon Latimore is rated higher. Some scouts and teams have him rated as a top 5 pick.

On top of that:

Brown, Ragland, Alexander

That's their starting LBs. They don't have a corner worth naming on their roster besides Ronald Darby and he's not what I'd consider a #1 corner.

Some have him Lattimore going to Chicago at 3.

Frankly, I took the draft position (10) and decided to go with best player at each position that made sense based on team needs, including a few other players that are rated near that draft position.

Humphrey was borderline based on other players being available and taken and team needs. Lattimore is clearly the better prospect and if available, the Bills are likely to roll with him than Humphrey at 10.
