As much as I love Westbrook, Harden is easily the front runner for MVP at the moment.

I still believe if Westbrook finishes with a triple double and the Thunder somehow get that 4th seed (a very realistic possibility), he's MVP.

Harden had 39p, 11a, 7r and a game-winning, 90 foot drive. But you'd hear much more about his game if had 3 more rebs and 20 fewer points.

The vast majority of non MVP voting media people think Westbrook has it locked up. A Denver announcer said Saturday night that Harden isn't even in the running.

Personally being 3 seed instead of 6th seed is more impressive than the extra 2 rebounds Westbrook gets but whatever.

Why does it matter..

Houston will likely getting destroyed in the second round..
Maybe might not even make it past the first..

Are we really going to reward that?
I rather give the MVP to Lebron or Curry..

Chaps who will make it farther than the roxs./

So you'd reward a regular season award to a player based on a playoff prediction?

Triple double is such a random (and dumb) achievement. I hate that it is been put on a pedestal like this to where players chase it over and over again.

How valuable is he If he's one and done?

Or when his team ceiling is the second round..
Answer me that papi.. Why not give it to Lebron?
