@jjcoop36: White Sox's RHP Lucas Giolito really struggled today. Pulled after .2 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 2 BB, 0 K. Sat 90-92, t93 once (PitchFX)

Did not get a single swing and miss.

His FB velocity drop is just so strange. Lost around 7 MPH over night without an injury. I know the Sox hoped it was fatigue or dead arm based but it doesn't seem to be the case.

Eh, he never really had that sort of velocity. He had more than this, but he never had like plus-plus velocity or anything.

Giolito was hitting 100 in HS. I'm not sure how much more you want. Unless you mean post-TJS, which makes sense. One of the cases where a guy didn't get it all back after TJS.

So umm the Mets just scored 10 earned runs off Adam Wainwright in less than 2 innings.

Yankees are looking pretty solid tbh.

Throwing no hitters and Sanchez still cs'ing the [inappropriate/removed] out of baseballs.

Tyler O'Neill just cranked a two run homer off of Clayton Kershaw. Cool

Gregorious, Torres, Castro, and Mateo all potential starting shortstops for the Yankees. It'll be interesting to see how the Yankees maximize that value.

I'd take Tyler Wade over half the players you just named.

So Castro and Mateo? Lol

I love what Didi has developed into. Especially how well he hit lefties last year.

I'd like to keep Didi at short, Torres at second, and Wade potentially at third since we are trying to make him a super utility guy.

Castro the odd man out... again.

Gleyber at 3rd and Wade at 2B makes more sense IMO.

I was thinking that but I just feel like Gleybar's bat would be wayyyy more valuable at 2B.

Just think they both profile better at what I suggested. I know a heavy hitting 2B is nice but what's the point when you have a light hitting 3B?

True, Manny is a free agent next year so maybe Wade can play left. Laughing

We have Andujar at third too. Wade's probably going to be a super utility guy if he keeps it up. Mateo is going to play OF this year.

Yuli Gurriel is most likely going to be the Astros 8 hitter to start the season. Depth of the lineup is incredible.
