I don't think any of those players will be available in those spots haha Zay Jones is flying up boards.

Brand new rankings too.

ZayJ had a huge Senior Bowl and should test well. That said, I'm not sure the hype lasts. QW is another one that could go a round higher.

Been playing around with the drafting aspect of the site. Trades are fairly weighted it seems, both for proposals by me and offers by the simulator. Here, I proposed the Browns trade and the simulator offered the other 2.
Using todays Fanspeak big board, I made 3 trades.
1) Jets trade: I sent 1/27 pick for their 2/7 and 3/6, (then watched the 1st. rd.)
2) Browns trade: Many won't like this, but I sent Chiefs future 1st.rd pick (I assume 2018), for this years 2/1 pick. You'll see why.
3) Bills trade: I sent the Jets 3/6 pick for their 3/11 and 5/12.

Chiefs picks: Chiefs made 10 picks in 5 rds. including all trade picks (net +3).

2/1 (from Browns) Haason Reddick, ILB, DE, OLB (He's worth a 1st.rd pick IMO)

2/7 (from Jets) Jarrad Davis, ILB; a steal here and fills a Chiefs need. R.Wilson simply can't match the talent level of the Chiefs first 2 picks

2/27 J. Evans, SS; Chiefs can replace Sorensen now and have Berry's eventual replacement on board. Alternatively, I'd be happy sitting Ron Parker and let Evans/Berry handle safties. Evans/SS and Berry/FS.

3/11 (from Jets) Cameron Sutton, CB; Peters with Sutton should be a tough combo to pass against.

3/27 T. Kpassagnon, DE/OLB; Will play havoc on offenses.

3/40 W. Gallman, RB; competition at RB

4/26 Nazair Jones, DT; fresh blood needed on the Dline.

5/12 (from Bills) Dan Skipper, OT; a 6'8" mountain

5/26 E. Magnuson, OG; played OG/OT for Michigan, but fits better at OG.

5/34 Josh Tupou, NT; Poe's replacement. Solid play at the Senior Bowl.

I've provided the tools to make our Defense a top 5 entry. The Oline got much stronger. There's competition at RB. The window is closing on Alex Smith, hence a strong attempt to make this draft, THE CHIEFS DRAFT.

Dunno if Cam can pull all that well. Isn't he more of a mauler?
Love Willis. Dunno Hansen. Lewis would make a superb nickle back. Larry O. is fine on the DLine.

Terez Paylor's draft in the Kansas City Star this morning has the Chiefs taking Mahomes with their first round pick. I would be very happy with this pick.

I'm again taking a break from homework. Fanspeak rankings and 5 rounds.

27 Derek Barnett, OLB
59 Tre'Davious White, CB
91 Sidney Jones, CB
104 Marlon Mack, RB
132 Malachi Dupre, WR
170 DeAngelo Brown, DL
180 Carroll Phillips, OLB

Not what I set out to do. But I wouldn't be mad.

Well this board fell weird, I kind of like it though.

27 - Forrest Lamp OL
59 - Jarrad Davis LB
91 - Ahkello Witherspoon CB
104 - Tyus Bowser OLB
132 - Pat Elflien OL
170 - Jarron Jones DL
180 - Joe Mathis OLB
216 - Joshua Hosley CB
218 - Ishmael Zamora WR
245 - Harvey Langi LB

RB and QB weren't covered, but man that OL for the next 2-3 years is STOUT minus a swing tackle

4rd. draft, Fanspeak board

27: R1P27 ILB ZACH CUNNINGHAM VANDERBILT
59: R2P27 CB TRE'DAVIOUS WHITE LSU
91: R3P27 OG ISAAC ASIATA UTAH
104: R3P40 ILB KENDELL BECKWITH LSU
132: R4P25 RB JOE MIXON OKLAHOMA

Most players here have had contact with the Chiefs either thru Combine, Senior Bowl, visits, interviews, etc.

Gotta get 2 ILB's in case of injuries again.
Tre White is the starter opposite Peters.
Mixon is a killer RB who Tyreek Hill can help maybe.

Lamp is a stud. Davis won't fall that far. Witherspoon killed the Combine and would be welcome. Bowser can help. Elfien confuses me after Lamp picked. Jones recently hurt. Langi had a great Senior Bowl and fulfills my desire for 2 ILB picks.

Yeah Davis won't be there, but I wasn't passing him up.

Elflien was more just a value pick.. he'd easily take Fultons spot(who got a nice pay bump from PT last year). For once we'd have 7 SOLID OL and be able to wear defense down. Plus they give some reserve inside if we need Lamp to kick out to OT, which he could do in a pinch.

Jones was more of a potential pick, he wouldn't play at all(hopefully)as a 6th DL.

Bowser and Mathis are 2 of my favorite OLB's.

I'd probably look at Dimitri Camiel in the final 2 rounds but he isn't even on fanspeaks list.
