We only spend backup type money, and get backup type players... that is our new MO for FA.

At least feeling our NEEDS this way, allows us to go in the draft and pick BPA.

Which is what we have been doing, and we have been drafting better than any one else in the league.

The next move will be to grab a back-up RT and, and back-up safety...

Maybe, a big move with a Ryan Clady, 1-yr prove it deal...
Then grab a Bradley McDougald or some other backup type safety.

Next, enter draft ready and able to pick just about ANY position, with BPA as the only need.

I swear to baby Jesus if you guys draft someone like Forrest Lamp (who is basically the next Zack Martin) and then kick Collins out to RT and have an even younger monster OL than you had last year I may cry.

I like this idea. Beef up the O line and go defense the rest of the way.

I doubt we do that. Only way it happens is if the BPA is an OL.

yes I know we need a RT, now that legendary Free is gone, BUT please NO more O-lineman in RD1, dang it, we need to bulk up the other trenches already.

This was exactly my thought... Lamp at 28 is realistic. Whoever BPA is, we will be primed to grab 'em.

I like the Paea signing but hate the Carrol signing. He is terrible and that's all their is to it. The T.Will deal is solid. I'll take him at that money no problem. I sitill hold out hope we ink Mo to another 1 year deal. If we just do that I'll feel good headed into the draft. Then we'll need to address SS, DE, RB and O-line.

I'm hoping Chaz Green will get healthy and can earn the starting RT spot keeping Collins inside at LG. If not then we'll need to find a RT or LG if we move Collins out to RT which honestly may be his best spot.

So I guess we couldn't have signed Julius Peppers. 1 year - 3.5 M with the Panthers

Funny that Romo's last TD pass as a Cowboy, him and TWill made Nolan Carroll look like a fool.

Could we really not afford to sign Mo for 1 year 5mil? No state taxes in Texas, we could have signed him back for 1year 4 mill

I

I don't think they wanted to have Mo back unless it was at a huge discount. He just couldn't stay healthy. I just wish we could have ever seen that guy who played at LSU. He was virtually never that guy.

I think we can do better in the draft.
