Didn't think he was much of a scheme fit. Liked him though under the previous regime. Bye Bye Ethan.

Yea. I was wondering how well he'd fit in anyhow. He produced well and filled in nicely last few years. I'm wondering how mamy others won't really fit into this new scheme. It's even gonna be interesting to see how it affects Aaron Donald, positively or negatively.

Again, the only real constant in Phillips' scheme is that it's one-gap and it's aggressive/attacking. People get too hung up on shapes and alignments. Wade has consistently put his best pass-rushers in the best position and technique to succeed. And Aaron is one of the best pass-rushers in the league. He'll be fine.

Ok. That makes sense. That's a question I have had for a little bit now and made me a little curious. I'm not as familiar with Phillips defensive scheme as I should be. That's why I was asking/wondering.
