Trevor Davis' lack of knowledge didn't get him benched...

I hope it is get faster. After Shields went down, do we have anyone on the team that we can call fast? Jordy? Janis? Davis?

Even HaHa ran like a 4.6.

Randall, Hawkins, Dorleant all ran in the 4.4 range.

HaHa ran in the 4.5's.

Cook is definitely fast for a TE.

I hope we get faster, too. Especially our ILBs. Ryan and Martinez ran decent 40s but aren't very twitchy athletes...

Trevor Davis.

He was already mentioned.

I rewatched our first Falcon game this year and he had a really nice punt return you could see his jets on. I just can't get past his stick frame though... not a fan of those builds.

Not quite as good if you use per drive stats
2011-23rd
2012-15th
2013-26th
2014-17th
2015-10th
2016-28th

The "bend but don't break" style can limit your raw points allowed which is fine but it also limits the amount of possessions your teams offense gets and forces them to have to be more efficient especially when it has those "bend and then break" games. The stats really aren't too impressive when you account for the advantages they get of usually playing with a lead and an offense that doesn't turn the ball over.

Athletes on defense, and lots of them.

heard something about how the packers drafted one of the most sparq-intensive teams last year.

Spriggs, Trevor Davis, Dean Lowry were all top 5 in their position groups (combine results wise), with Spriggs and Lowry tops at their position group and in the 90+% percentile league wide.

Perhaps this is a shift in philosophy of adding more playmakerz.

Last year I predicted it would be a draft of fatties. This year I predict i can't predict. Maybe more fatties. I love my fatties.

weren't you right?

Lowry, Spriggs, Clark, Murphy all over 270. That's 4/7 picks out of only 7/22 possible positions.

Sounds like overall speed and athleticism, especially on defense, is the preferred/expected theme. I was thinking along the same lines. It's always nice to get some confirmation from people who know more than you.
