I've come to respect this guy's draft analysis and I have to say, this mock is straight up awesome. https://www.google.com/amp/www.bleedinggreennation.com/platform/amp/2017/2/7/14530110/philadelphia-eagles-post-super-bowl-seven-round-mock-draft-2017

At first glance it actually seems like a pipe dream scenario but when you really look at how the board can possibly fall given how much depth there is in this draft at certain positions it's actually pretty realistic:

1. Sidney Jones CB
2. John Ross WR
3. Carl Lawson DE
4. Pat Elflein C/G
4. Isaiah Ford WR
5. Taylor Moton T/G
6. Damontee Kazee CB
7. James Conner RB

The two pics I was most skeptical about was John Ross falling to the second round, and James Conner falling all the way to the seventh. But a lot of the time and talent in the first round is very realistically going to push talent like John Ross further down. I would probably draft James Connor way sooner than the seventh round, like with either the fourth or fifth round pick.

I'm not going to are you one way or the other but many draft analysts feel he is certainly worth a mid first round pick. If you prefer a different corner fine but to me the appeal of this scenario is getting a top-flight corner in the first round and John Ross in the second

Sidney Jones is just one of those guys that this in between times he just gets pushed down naturally, like his teammate Ross, because of bigger school/name players. Once the combine hits I think Jones rises.

I don't see Ford/Lawson and Kazee falling to those rounds.

No chance Ross falls that far unless his body appears in shambles at the combine. No chance Conner falls that far either. He catches the ball well, is a character guy and can offer some great PR for a team.
