LOVE the Davis pick and like Jonnu Smith too in the 6th, he's gonna be a player for someone. Nearly 70 Million in FA at the DT position is a little rich for my taste but one of those players would be nice.

Not the biggest fan of Maye as a next level safety but I do like DeCoud, good size and potential, definitely see him being a draft day riser.

Not sure why we put that much money into two DT's.. also not a fan of Robinson he is probably a G in the NFL. But overall nice writeup, pretty good value with some of those picks.

I actually forgot to not re-sign McGee in this mock, but the logic would be McGee doesn't came back and we add Campbell.

4.5 million for that one year with Murray is to much rather just move on from him if thats what it takes to get him to sign. Draft is deep at RB and the price tag will be cheaper or even in FA.

Only problem I have is the amount of money spent on Campbell and Poe. Where do Poe, Campbell, Edwards all play in nickel packages with Irvin, Mack and Smith. We would be eating into Wards snaps as well and it's too early to give up on him. I'd much rather get a cheaper NT, e.g Branch or keep Williams. Big fan of picking up Campbell.

Agree on filling CB, WR, S and OT via the draft.

Campbell signing would be for at least a two year starting role while Ward develops (he has a lot of developing to do). Poe would be a two down player. Nickel would like like this:

Irvin/Smith - Campbell/Ward - Edwards/Autry - Mack

I don't think it's safe to count on Aldon Smith or Mario Edwards for an entire year anymore.

Can't see us spending that money on DT.

Can't see Murray accepting a 1 year 4,5M deal...he will have suitors and he will take the best long term deal or a huge short term deal.
