Hi guys,

I'm going to be compiling a list of the top 20 players in the NFL who appear poised for superstardom and I'm soliciting opinions from every fanbase to nominate a player from their team.

Please discuss the possible players to nominate here. Make a poll if you must.

I'll also need one or two of you to provide quotes explaining why you think this player is a future star in the league, and possibly some videos or gifs of highlights, if available.

A couple of rules for inclusion, however:

1. The player must be on his rookie contract.
2. The player must not have been selected to any Pro Bowls or received any other league awards.

Thanks for your help!

Spence or Kwon seem like the only two real choices. Think I'd go with Spence.

I figured he was too decorated and known to qualify.

Kwon has star potential but he misses way too many tackles. That said so does David and that didn't stop him from getting second team all pro. I think Kwon is the obvious answer though. He shows up in big games and he is only getting better with experience. Already a better zone coverage defender than David too. I love Spence but Alexander has been dominant in many games this year and during his rookie season.

Ali Marpet anyone? I know OL isn't the sexy pick on any scale but this kid deserves recognition.

Not a fan of using PFF but just as a reference from an outside source:

Top overall grade: RG Ali Marpet, 84.5 (No. 14)

Top pass-blocking grade: RG Ali Marpet, 84.1 (No. 23)

Top run-blocking grade: RG Ali Marpet, 84.4 (No. 5)

I think Marpet is the strongest option here, judging by how you describe the other guys.

Yeah, Marpet should have been the first guy named.

Very smart guy, one of the best athlete at his position and has played great so far in his first two seasons. This guy has all the tools to become a perennial Pro Bowler.

Marpet is #11 for those who haven't been keeping up.
