I ran the Saints in this years Total Control Mock, as a replacement GM (only thing I missed out on was a reserve bid for Nick Fairley). Here are the results:

Trades:
Terron Armstead > Anthony Barr
Brandin Cooks > Dallas round one pick
Dallas round one pick > Giovani Bernard + Bengals round two pick
Kenny Vaccaro > Donovan Smith

After seeing Anthony Barr offered as trade bait I offered the Vikings Terron Armstead for a one for one trade. This is obviously is a bit of a long shot (lol) for real life, but I felt with the Saints selection of Andrus Peat recently it was a chance for the Saints to help improve their linebacking corps. Cooks I moved for a late first (which later became an early second + Giovani Bernard). I also moved Vaccaro for Donovan Smith, mainly because Smith gives a long term succession plan to when Strief retires (Peat+Smith) while being depth and competition along the line until then while I liked Vonn Bell last year.

Summary of all Free Agent signings:
Larry Warford, G -- 5years/$20,536,200
Chance Warmack, G -- 4years/$14,449,200
