Time to move on from Helfrich. Losing to Riley and that trainwreck of a program and looking so undisciplined doing it is pretty awful.

Who are the top coaching candidates for Oregon at the end of next season?

Laughing

This trainwreck program is still better than Oregon will ever be.

No need to be salty. We'll see you next year.

Yes it is. The man inherited a Lambo and leaves a rice-burner at best. The man is a fine OC, but his decision making and inexplicable inability to not find a stud QB is driving the program into the ground at an accelerated pace.

"Lets go for 2 on EVERY td! We like the looks, we just have to execute."....dumbest thing I've heard since someone at SDSU talked about not punting all season. Kick the extra points, we won this game. He has to go. Even before the Nebraska game, this team looked pitiful. The D can't seem to stop anyone and penalties are racking up faster than points under Chip. The O looks like a joke. Garbage QB, garbage blocking, WRs who can't catch or get separation outside of Devon. Atrocious play calling. Its been this way for a while, but yesterday was the icing.

So who next?

Chip?
I'd personally love Mike MacIntyre. Colorado looked great for 3 quarters yesterday.
Charlie Strong?- He got a rough deal at Texas and could be on the outs. I'd give him a shot
Rocky Long if we could nab him from SDSU
Bryan Harsin?
PJ Fleck?
June Jones?
Heck, give me Ed Orgeron.

But I want NOBODY from the current staff. It isn't just game-planning that looks like a train wreck, almost every individual player looks like they don't have a clue whats going on.

So we have a bad season and this place turns into a ghost town? I had to go back to page 3 just to find our thread.

I'm excited about Taggart. Players and recruits seem to really like him. He seems to be on a different level as a recruiter than we've had in a while. I'm looking forward to seeing more top recruits coming to Eugene in the future.

I'm curious to see how our offense looks under him. His offenses have typically been more run-heavy, but that could have been a product of the players he had available. Excited to see what a more experienced Herbert and a healthy Royce can do next year.

I'm not sure about Wilder but from what I've heard, he is not leaving FL. People from Oregon feel confident about Thomas if he visits (which is not a sure thing). He has us, you, and Louisville and he has not visited either us or Louisville so we will see.

He said this weekend in Miami that he was going to visit Oregon not Louisville next week so it looks like it will be a Miami / Oregon battle.
