Pumping the breaks a little on #Redskins o-coordinator Sean McVay to #Rams: Remember they are supposed to meet with Kyle Shanahan on Sunday.

If Sean McVay lands the Rams' HC job, his top option for DC would be Broncos DC Wade Phillips, per league sources.

Let's just go ahead and fire Gruden and promote McVay Laughing

I'd be good with this! Would be an incredibly bold move to dump Dumbo and keep your rising Superstar. The kind of move a leader like JKC would make. Come on Danny- take a shot because we won't ever win it all with Jon's brother

i wouldnt be upset if McVay left. Gruden can go back to calling plays and maybe we will run the ball more.

The problem is he never has preferred running. Kyle did, Mike Did but Gruden doesn't. Gruden is an ice cream guy- instant gratification, and running take patience and commitment. Gruden like my dog, 10 second attention span unfortunately. But I would miss whuppin him because he's so easy to do it!

Heck no- I don't hate anyone Smile especially our version of Alan Garner ( the hangover)
But I vehemently disagree with his approach to preparing a team, his actions during games, his lack of accountability after games and his results. Actually I kind of feel sorry for the guy-he's only gotten where he is only because of his older successful brother, can't fill his shoes and undoubtly knows he in well over his head.

And yes he is so much fun to make fun of. On the bright side he's probably a great guy to have a beer with or party in Vegas with Smile

well he is a playcaller for jay grudens offense. he didnt have a good year in play-calling balance and redzone play calling. i think callahan or the qb coach will be a fine replacement.
