Jets hiring Dennard Wilson, former Rams DB Coach.

Highly regarded from what I've read, development of Trumaine Johnson and Janoris Jenkins cited.

I love it. 2 Pretty good position coaches that has proven to develop players in their position.

Adam Gase wanted to take Hurtt with him to Miami last year but the Bears blocked the move.

Following up on Bears OLB coach Clint Hurtt and the Jets: There is no indication that Hurtt will be joining Todd Bowles' staff, a league source confirmed. It was reported elsewhere Jan. 7 that Hurtt was taking a job with the Jets. The team looked into hiring him, but there was never an agreement. The position remains vacant. Hurtt reportedly declined an extension with the Bears.

The Seahawks added Hurtt as a DL coach, even though they already have one. Apparently there's no limit on how many position coaches a team can have, so now the Seahawks have 2 DL coaches, and we have no OLB coach still. Rolling Eyes

Great player. Hasn't coached in a long time but i think he'll scare our OLBs into playing better.

Clay had his career years under Greene.

Stump Mitchell left the Cards. Has ties to Bowles. Wonder if the Jets consider him for RB coach.

Kevin Greene is a great hire. Need a bit of crazy on the sideline... maybe he can get some of those guys to play with some fire.

Seem like the perfect coach for Mauldin. I like the hire just from a energy POV. It's needed.
