I could see Baalke coming here, I suppose, but I don't know what his role would be. We have EVP/GM, we have a director of Football Administration, we have Player Personnel Director, we have both Personnel and College Scouting Director. So I don't know what title and what role Elway gives him.

But, I do know Baalke does have a lot of connections up here in NoCo where I live, I know a number of people who know him or know people who know him. He has a lot of ties in Fort Collins-Loveland-Greeley triangle.

Go full LA Dodgers and give him a fake title just to get another quality voice in the boardroom.

Nice to see CHJ, Miller and Talib make the AP All Pro Team! I don't like Talib but glad we got 3 Broncos on that list.

Man, I really am impressed by Sean McVay. Really, really intelligent. No non-sense, no rambling, word after word spoken as secure as if formulated beforehand. Paired with the fact that he is bringing in Wade as a veteran presence and mentor, the humility this entails, I do actually think that LA's maneuver may work. They still have Goff, but the Rams just went from one of the least enticing teams to one of the most follow-worthy from afar.

Can't read too much into one press conference. But we've seen Jim Tomsula look like a moron in his presser and then coach like one so maybe there's something there with McVay because I agree with you, he was pretty impressive today.

With the long overdue firing of GM Grigson pretty sure that paves the way for Peyton to join the Colts and eventually take the Elway role there (no ofgicual GM duties until he gets some experience as a VP). Wish him well.

Why do teams use the silent snap count with the OG hitting the OC letting him know when to snap it? It's the most obvious snap anticipation I've ever seen. I've been watching it the entire time in the Patriots/Steelers game and the 2nd time Foster taps Pouncey you know the snap is coming.

I know these coaches know 50x more than I do, but some of the crap they pull that they justify as being effective is just head scratching. That OG tap crap is like high school stuff and the Steelers don't vary it at all.

I just realized i'm about to be at my ten year mark for posting on here. holy crap man.

I was a kid when I found this place and I remember my first post. I was excited about signing Daniel Graham as a safety blanket option for Jay Cutler lol
