Well I'll say I'm looking for something more on the reasonable end due to student loans if that helps

Depends on what you're looking for in terms of lifestyle and whether or not you're a student or professional. Also depends on what you're looking for in terms of quality of housing. Boston has a lot of neighborhoods to consider but they're all very different. I think the questions you have to ask yourself are:

1. Do you need to commute to work or school? If so, by car or public transit? If you have a car, do you need driveway/private parking? Do you trust street parking? If you're using public transit, do you need late night options? Commuter options?

2. What do you do at night? Party at your place? Stay quietly at home? Go to trendy bars and restaurants?

3. Would you prefer a nice quality, smaller place? Or an older, more dated/run down bigger place?

4. How much do you value quietness? Do you mind listening to neighbor parties and street noise?

5. Do you want a 2/3 family style house? A bigger apartment complex? A single family house?

Considering the run game thus far this year do you still feel the need to draft a RB if so where?

Late round flier is fine. Then again, we rarely draft with a need-based approach over a value-pick approach so it's kind of a moot point.

e.g. if Fournette is for some ungodly reason, available in the 4th round, we're grabbing him regardless of how many RBs we have on the roster.

Had a cool experience yesterday: met Dwayne Allen, Colts TE. Made more unlikely by the fact that I live in Australia...

Currently travelling from Hobart to Townsville for work this year, stopped off briefly in the Whitsundays for a break, met his friend in the pool, ended up spending the afternoon with them kayaking and hanging out at the bar. And trash talking, of course.

In some ways, I have you guys to thank for giving me the chance, I think they were impressed with how much I knew about football; his friend was impressed when I actually knew who Dwayne Allen was offhand, and that I could remember him having 3 TDs in a half against the Jets, impressed that I could remember who some of the Colts players were, who their GM is, who made the deflate gate interception etc etc. So, thanks Wink Made my trip!

That's awesome! He seems like a good guy, wonder what he thinks of Grigson getting canned
