First and foremost, they have to figure out this oline. It was night and day the difference between the pocket Brees had and Winston had. Yes, Winston makes bad decisions, it's not a fluke he is one of the most pressured QBs in the league. This llne has to get better next year.

There is no mystery at all, our problem is all at RT. Sure other positions have ups and downs but our gaping hole is RT

Fix the OL and Jameis gets a lot better.

There is a reason why guys like Carr and Couch never had a chance as high draft picks and why guys like Rodgers, Brady, Manning are consistently getting it done. Hats off to the latter QBs mentioned. I'm not taking anything away from their talent or desire to win, but put them with a bottom 5 OL throughout their career and they won't have near as many wins, playoff appearances or acalades as they do now.

Fix the damn OL.

David completely whiffs on Ingram in the hole. I'm not even mad at DK for the onside kick because the defense was HORRIFIC today. There is a glaring need at DT because McDonald is not it. I'm seeing him losing his 1v1 single blocked vs a goddamn Center.

Winston lost us this game. With that said he doesn't have much help. Its literally a team full of UDFA at skill positions not named Mike Evans and Charles Sims. Missing Brate was big because we had two chances to score a TD. Oh well, sucks that we lost but this team is far from being serious contenders.

The depth chart behind Evans is putrid. If your oline is going to be suspect, better have weapons team respect. Right now, the team has neither. Its going to be an interesting offseason.

If we continue to progress next year we make the WC playoffs.

Their are just too many holes to be a contender next year. If Licht does work in the offseason and the players we have keep fighting, we should be a contender in Koetter's 3rd and 4th seasons. Problem is guys like McCoy will be nearing the end of their careers.

I don't think it's just RT. We were crap up the middle today and have been for a lot of the season. Some of the issues with RT stem from Winston not being able to step up in the pocket, or if he does have to, he often has to step up and slide to avoid the interior rush.

We need more talent all over the field, so we could go in any direction during the draft. Oline has to be a priority though. I'd draft a OT and a centre, consider a RT in FA and get Sweezey back healthy.

This draft could literally just be oline and d line. I'd pick receivers up in FA.

It starts and ends with the online. If notice guys like Derrick Carr Marcus Mariota and Dak Prescott have had very clean pockets throughout the entire year. What's really crazy to think about is that Carr and Mariota's o lines kept them clean for the entirety of their games today except for one play which ended both of their seasons with broken fibulas. But the fact remains that they were able to make jumps when their lines made the jump. Winston is no different. To be honest, I don't care about Martin being inactive, but rather why Dotson is still in the concussion protocol. Bucs need to sure up left tackle and potentially right guard, which would allow Marpet to play center.
We got three years worth of needs but this team is on the cusp.
