I know its gonna take forever. Atleast we have then Pens to kill some time this year. Plus the draft will be here in not too long now.

What I like about this is that no one is guaranteed a starting position. With Cowher, he may have wanted to be faithful to some players, even when they werent playing up to expectations. Now, we know that the best players will be on the field since Tomlin isnt able to go on personal preferences. Im sure that swayed Cowher's decision, at least a litlle.

Yep, sometimes a fresh approach is good - start from a clean slate.
