Lacy will be fine in the SIM. Peters, Evans and Puncey will be solid while I feel Grubbs could be an upgrade on Rob Sims that nobody gave me credit for and Trai Turner is definitely and upgrade over Saffold.

Turner, Evans and Grubbs are all guards. Pouncey is a C. It will be intriguing to see how the play of Turner at tackle stands up.

Thats why I'm scratching my head. Turner's never been an OT to my knowledge. And kicking a guy outside is much rarer than shifting inside.

And Evans and Grubbs weren't very good last year, by all accounts.

They do have the veteran benefit of the doubt though.

I'm excited for tomorrow. Then I realize I have to go back to work. But I'm excited. But work. Such a cruel contradiction.

Being that I have something to do later and have little to no time tomorrow morning, I decided to post pre-season early. A few notes regarding the preseason games:

  • To reduce time on my end, I sped up the play by play speed for these videos. It will go back to its slower usual self for Week 1.
  • I did very little validation that I got all the rosters correct. If you notice a player on your team that shouldn't be there or something missing please let me know via PM. I planned to do a validation of each team prior to Week 1. There shouldn't be any errors, but who knows.
  • Sorry if you didnt get your games scheduled or settings in on time... but I did tell each of you to get your stuff in before Sunday!
  • As always, incoming overreactions!!

Very happy with how Dalton played. Overall very happy with my team played in both games. Happy how well Parkey played against allenville. Will need to rewatch the games as well

Heavy overreactions coming.. Dalton is basically the second coming of Romo.

My pass D is atrocious against Brees and will be a huge problem going forward.

Cody Parkey is the goat.

Marcus Mariota: 21/24 (87.50%, 115.62 Rating) for 282 yards, 3 touchdowns, 3 interceptions.

What a ridiculous statline

That's my point. Mariota doesn't throw incomplete passes in the sim.
