Finished up my keeper league today. Its a 10 team, full point PPR, 3 keepers, 2 QB league. We start 2 QBs every week so gotta take that into account.

Keepers:
RGIII
Montee Ball
Andre Ellington

Had to decide between keeping RGIII and Matt Ryan. Decided to take the risk and keep RGIII for his upside (just too many damn weapons). Plus Ryans opposing defenses he'll be facing helped me make a decision. He plays the NFC West and AFC North this season as well as the 2 games against the Panthers and Saints. Thats 10 out of 16 games where he'll be facing good/very good defenses.

Kept Montee for obvious reasons. RBs are fantasy gold when they're lined up behind Peyton. Its his job, and if Moreno can put up top 6 fantasy points then the far more superior runner in Montee Ball sure as hell can.

Kept Ellington over Keenan Allen and Randall Cobb. This one drove me nuts. Utlimately decided to go with the potential PPR monster over a receiver. Quality RBs are hard to come by this year and you need to get a solid group early especially considering the never ending list of quality receivers available. Also helped that I have a huge man crush on Ellington. Think he can be special if used right (and often enough).

QB: Robert Griffin III
RB: Eddie Lacey
RB: Montee Ball
WR: Andre Johnson
WR: Corrdarrelle Patterson
TE: Ladarius Green
FLEX: Andre Ellington
OP (Offensive Player): Ryan Tannehill
DEF: Houston
K: Matt Bryant

Bench:

RBs:
Shane Vareen
Maurice Jones-Drew
Christine Michael

WRs:
Jeremy Maclin
Terrance Williams
Mike Wallace
Brandin Cooks

Some guy decided to keep Doug Martin over Eddie Lacey, and I had the first pick. Thank you!

Not crazy about my TE spot. The TE's I wanted at the round I wanted to take them would go just before they got to me. Ended up getting Ladarius Green in 17th and final round. I like him alot but he still has to compete with Gates for looks. Could be a steal tho.

Can't believe I got Vareen as my FOURTH runningback. Especially considering its a full point PPR league. Absolute steal.

MJD is solid depth and all reports are saying that he looks like his former self. Got him in the 11th round. Not bad value.

Christine Michael would be a stud on any other team, but cant be with Lynch just refusing to go away lol. Grabbed him in case his work load increases for whatever reason this season or if Lynch goes down. Took him in the 14th so it was a low risk pick.

Happy to get Maclin in the 8th. If he stays healthy he could have a great year in Chips O as the number 1 receiver.

Took Terrance Williams in the 9th and could be a PPR machine. (Wanted Kendall Wright here but was taken just before. I was mad Evil or Very Mad)

Got Mike Wallace in the 12th and Brandin Cooks in the 13th. Wallace is solid depth especially with new OC Bill Lazors offense. Cooks could be a steal.

Unfortunately for the Titans, I can see Houstons defense returning to their former selves. Cushing, Watt, Clowney, etc. should make a decent fantasy defense.

Overall i'm really satisfied with my draft. What do you guys think?

I think I told you guys about this last year, but I'm in a league where the top-ranked 200 players are off-limits for the season. So you're drafting has-been's and never-were's and scanning the waiver wire for who just moved up to third string. Different, but one of my favorite leagues.

QB: Shaun Hill, EJ Manuel, Kirk Cousins
RB: Knile Davis, Jacquizz Rodgers, Theo Riddick, Latavius Murray
WR: Jermaine Kearse, John Brown, Andre Roberts, Brian Quick
TE: Eric Ebron
K: Robbie Gould
DST: Philadelphia

Championship!

10 Team Auction Draft. My pre-draft strategy was to get every Bronco possible. Didn't really work out..

QB Peyton Manning
RB Trent Richardson (yeah, i know. i got caught bidding on him)
RB Jeremy Hill (auto-drafted, thank god for that)
WR Demaryius Thomas
WR Golden Tate (got caught bidding on him last)
TE Julius Thomas
FLEX Cordarrele Patterson
DEF Eagles (dropped Buff for the week 1 matchup again JAX)
K Blair Walsh (considering picking up shayne graham)

Bench
Brian Hartline
Steve Smith
Anquan Boldin
Ronnie Hillman
Jordan Todman
Jonathan Grimes

originally had vernon davis, knile davis, and darren mcfadden which i traded to the guy with jamal charles in return for jordan todman, brian hartline and julius thomas.

2 Leagues

1. 8 Team Standard

QB:
Tom Brady
HB:
Forte
Spiller
Ellington
Jennings
Vereen
Pierre Thomas
WR:
AJ Green
Andre Johnson
Jordy Nelson
Kendall Wright
Anquan Boldin
TE:
Gronk
Ertz
DEF:
Patriots
K:
Crosby

2. 10 Team Keeper Full Point PPR Jamaal Charles was my keeper, I picked last after losing just 2 games last year.

QB:
Roethlisberger
HB:
Charles
Demarco Murray
Giovani Bernard

Pierre Thomas
Knowshon Moreno
Andre Williams
WR:
Julio Jones
Andre Johnson
Cordarrelle Patterson

Kendall Wright
Justin Hunter
TE:
Greg Olsen
Zach Ertz
DEF:
SEATTLE
K:
Gould

I actually prefer my 10 Team league draft over my 8 team, but if Brady comes back and Gronk is healthy look out.
