People tend to forget that Wade spends a ton of time hurt. I think Miami will be a better TEAM without LeBron. They got Deng and Granger in FA and added Napier in FA. If New York flops again, it's really easy to see a Miami-Cleveland matchup in the ECF.

This is the dumbest thing I've read on this site.

Have you read my signature?

Someone told me the other day that Cobb would have been cut by now if he didn't play with Rodgers.

True story. He was being serious too. FWIW, I did make fun of him for saying he thinks Theo Riddick is as good as Darren Sproles because he read it on Roto.

What did he mean by, "didn't play with Rodgers?" Like he just sits there and pouts? He certainly would have been cut.

Like if Cobb played for.....oh IDK, like Buffalo, that he would have been cut by now. But he plays for Rodgers so he looks good.

I laughed. And this same lunatic was pretending Theo Riddick was as good as Sproles because Dan Orlovsky said it.

Oh. That makes sense now. It is completely unsubstantiated, and very likely wrong, and impossible to prove, but I understand. Was there a reason for this opinion of Cobb? He's not my favorite guy on the team, but he's a heck of a football player.

Just another common misconception. It's like whenever Rodgers was putting up big numbers at first, he was a byproduct of a great receiving corps. The reality is without each other, none of them are successful. And when you combiene that with one of the better offensive minds in the game, you're going to have a great offense. And that's even with how many times McCarthy makes you want to pull your hair out with some of his short yardage situations.

Packers fan Tangles with Suh on American Muscle. Anyone else see this? Funny to see a Packers fan get at Suh in a chippy, yet light hearted way.

I just realized that we're less than three weeks away from preseason football.

Thanks, now I have to have a daily internal countdown instead of being oblivious and then getting surprised.

Was reading an article on the NY Times website today. Noticed what appeared to be a spelling error. Instead of the article saying "she went on to say," it said "she want on to say." Those are the hardest to spot because spellchecker won't catch it and it looks so much like the other word.

Tweeted at the journalist, he thanked me for my keen eye and changed the story.

Proud journalism grad right here. Not every day you get to copy edit the NY times .

I wasn't saying it as a good thing, trust me. I hate realizing crap like that.
