With Mack and Carr we have two young players to build around. We need to continue to add young cornerstones that we can build around. A franchise defensive lineman or left tackle would be awesome but I'd also love to see us add a game breaking weapon to pair with Carr. |
agree with this list. be nice to add a key young fa to fill one of those needs |

Oakman stinks. He spends far too much time on the ground. Gregory is good though. _________________

Really like Gregory, Andrus Peat, Jaelen Strong, and Leonard Williams...maybe a little PAC 12 bias but hey.

I don't want Cravens in Oakland, I need Cravens to be a Raider. Dude is going to be one of the best safeties in the league from day one. _________________

Randy Gregory looks to have all of the tools to be a very good pass rusher. Hopefully McGee and Ellis can develop into a nice starting pair for us inside because that would give us a ton of flexibility. _________________

Can't wait to see him this year, he was amazing as a true freshman. Wish he could come out this year. Stud. We start this bandwagon now. _________________

I like Stefon Diggs a lot too. He's a guy that you can move all around the field and he is going to make plays. We have a solid group of receivers but we need to add an electric playmaker. _________________

Some preliminary observations about next years class:
Ridiculous depth and talent at DE:there are tons of LDE and RDE prospects who could rotate in and out for us and I'd say the depth pushes quality prospects down to the 2nd and 3rd round (where I think we'll target them).
At least 2 blue chip LTs in the top 10 (Ogbeuhi/Peat), which I think we'll likely take unless watson takes a huge leap.
Good CB class to get a solid nfl starter but I don't see a lot of stars.
Fairly deep wr class and one may argue its more TALENTED than last year. 1st round prospects available in early 2nd round IMO.
If I were to mock the early rounds for us based on what I predict to happen, it would be:
1.Andrus Peat.
2.Antwan Goodley
3.Ray Drew |
