I watched 3 games of McCown and wanna go back the the all 22 again. But I remember Monday night vs Dallas. Man he threw about half a dozen balls that hit Dallas DBS in the hands and it was laughable they dropped it.

Let's let the best man win the job and TC and preseason will determine that. Right now we have a 2nd year guy who struggled towards the end of the year and led charge of the worst offense in football vs. a journeyman backup with limited starting time and couldn't hold a roster spot but apparently had a 5 game resurgence?

I'm rooting for glennon to see if he can improve and well take that step of being a nfl starter. McCown you know what he is. And you've seen back ups like rob Johnson, Flynn come in limited work and perform, while they're really not starter material.
It wasn't just Dallas. It felt like it was happening every game. I have never seen such a consistent run of luck. Whenever someone would start with the "Josh should be the starter" I was completely baffled. I'm happy for Josh, by all accounts a great guy in and out of the locker room. I don't think you can ask for a better guy to be a backup. But that kind of luck isn't sustainable.

Really, you quote red and I both who have done nothing wrong.

Yet someone threatens and calls out multiple times in two posts and nothing...

Weve seen bucs QBs that have had that same luck. I think in the win vs the dolphins that the same thing happened to glennon a few times.

Let the best man win, if its a tie go with Glennon to see if he is worth a damn with weapons around him. If not we do everything we can to get our guy next year. Pretty simple

I think a lot of work with the guys could make Glennon better.

One of the biggest issues with Glennon was his conservative nature and being so quick to check down. This could be a simple confidence issue. Young kid, 3rd round pick, didn't want to be overly aggressive and upset the vets. Now that he can spend more time with the guys and was even dubbed "quarterback of the future", hopefully he opens it up a bit and takes some more risks. We saw towards the end of the year he looked a bit more comfortable, and his play also declined. He needs to work on some things, no doubt about that. He's a smart kid, I'm sure he has identified exactly what parts of his game need work.

Hopefully with more time with the surrounding cast and a year under his belt he will take a step forward.

Maybe THIS time it wasn't supposed to be you but I know we've had a problem around here with this stuff. It's pretty simple. Last warnings for everyone around here. Any issues from this point forward are going to webby
