Jackson should start immediately and be an upgrade from Boling. We can put Clint on PUP if needed and not rush him back. If he's ready to go then Hawkinson is probably odd man out unless he shows he can play LT in the pros. We still need a backup QB, power RB, and starting FB to fill out the offense. Maybe something like Aaron Murray in 3, Andre Williams in 4, Brandon Thomas in 5, and JC Copeland in 6. We could draft PS candidates for defensive depth at 6B and in the 7th.

I made a list of DB's with third round value and there was easy 10 people on it also 5 DE 3 QB, and a sh*& load of Running backs. So it looks like fight on our pic again in the Third

Sunday 4 to 5 PM

I mean I guess it probably varies from person to person. I like it, but it was probably a little overpriced. I don't regret it though.

Ok I can live with the Jackson pick. That is if he can play C as well. If only OG, then I'm not sure getting a guy that can only play one position, seeing as C and OT are bigger concerns down the road.

CB is still the top need. There are only 6 guys though I would touch in the 3rd round

1.Marcus Roberson, Florida
2.Bashaud Breeland, Clemson
3.Jaylen Walker, Florida
4.Rashaad Reynolds, Oregon State
5.Louchiez Purifoy, Florida
6.Victor Hampton, South Carolina.

So the likely hood of taking someone from Florida is probably 50 percent chance now.

Jackson's a guard, not a center or tackle. We're fine at center with Pollak, Robinson, and Johnson.

No picks are due on Easter, so the Sunday time slots are moved to Monday.

I am interested in moving down a few slot in the 3rd. I am going to post the interest in the Trade need section and see what it will cost. If we are able to make a trade I will post it later today for vote.

Apologies 'wrm', manic busy at work the last few days, with easter holidays over here.

I'm cool with Gabe Jackson; will help the run game some, and should be an upgrade over Boling. Probably would have preferred a swing guy like Bitonio if he was still there, as we are desperately short at tackle IMO; (we only have Whit, Smith and Newhouse on the roster, as I believe they view Hawkinson as strictly a guard, not a T).

I would now look for the best CB in R3, best DE in R4, and then a QB/ big 3-down RB/ FB/ OT and WR with the last 5 selections. If Tom Savage is still around in R3, I might look hard at him, he looks impressive IMO. Rather Savage in R3 than Murray in R4, for me ! Plenty of good looking WR's and TE's should be around late this year; (Brandon Coleman, John Brown, Cody Hoffman & and the pair from Missouri). LSU fullback JC Copeland is high on my shopping list too.

I reckon our 3 biggest 'team needs' were, a) pass rush, b) rush attack and c) Dalton alternative, so if we can address these I'm happy

Happy hunting guys......
