Who would we take? Clowney seems like the best player to come along in a while, but Watkins is more of a need. Any chance of a QB?

It would probably be Watkins for me.

I would trade back and not be overly aggressive with what I want for trading back and still land Watkins.

I would try to trade down and grab BPA or a Mike Evans or Sammy Watkins, if not i think it has to be Clowney.

That's really tough, there is not a clear number 1 QB right now, though an argument could be made for Bortles. I think that I'd attempt to trade back, but since you're asking what if we had the number 1, I'm guessing you're looking for a player.

Clowney is scary in more than one way. Extremely questionable effort, has gotten by simply by being more talented than everyone else. But his talent is unreal. He'd certainly get a good hard look, and I'd talk to anyone who ever coached the kid.

Watkins is probably the best WR to come out since Calvin Johnson, and the amusing part about that is he could actually end up on the same team. Arguably our biggest need I'd say he gets my nod unless we are ABSOLUTELY convinced Clowney won't miss.

Bridgewater all the way across the sky.

Although Clowney replacing Hali does sound enticing.

Edit: Sammy in this offense Twisted Evil

Clowney easy for me. Best prospect I've ever seen at a vitally important position. I get that we really couldn't cut Hali until next year but having Houston and Clowney would be ridiculous.

I don't really have a worry about his motor. Guy could've come out after his freshman year and been a 1st rounder. We undoubtedly would've taken him first last year in my estimation. He has nothing left to prove.... Was also game planned for massively this year.

I wouldn't touch QB.

Draft JDC if and only if we start to transition back to a 4-3.

With Alex Smith at the helm for one more year, I take Bortles and sit him and don't have an 12mm per year contract for the next four years to Alex. We then lock up Houston and Berry and can still go out and replace DeVito. No brainer here due to the monies.

It's probably not a super popular opinion, but I like Mack better than Clowney. I'd take him number one overall. He'd be a perfect Hali replacement IMO.

This 1st pick is tradeable. That's what we would do.

Stuck between a Luck and a Clowney.

There's 8 guys I'd take before Fisher if this were last year.

Clowney
Mack
Matthews
Robinson
Watkins
Bridgewater
Manziel
Bortles
