Quote: | “I think it’s safe to say I won’t be wearing the brace,” Griffin told Tarik El-Bashir of CSNWashington.com on Monday night.
Griffin pointed out that he shed the brace the year after his ACL was repaired while at Baylor. But he added that a conversation eventually will occur between the team’s trainer and his doctors. |
I hope this happens. I think a lot of the problems RG3 had last year can be attributed to the brace and how he was never comfortable wearing it. Basically, a lot of RG3's problems were mental. _________________ RIP SSF mike23md

Only time will tell and hopefully he is able to plant and throw with some power and accuracy. _________________

Good riddance, I full offseason will do wonders for him anyway but the brace will allow him to run faster and have more agility. I see him showing that he was worth the trades, I'm praying 🙏😇 |

Personally, I think removing the brace is more a mental thing than anything else. The brace makes Griffin think he's mortal, that he's vulnerable. What made him great in his rookie season was his relaxed swagger (I hate that word, but it's appropriate here). In his second year, he was tight and nervous.
Hopefully, he gets all cleared out of his head. |

Yes, I had the same thought when I read the title as well at first. |

+1 To the fine print.
As for the legitimate matter at hand, I don't care what Griffin does with his knee, as long as he's comfortable with it. _________________ RIP SuperSkinFan |
