2015 is supposed to be the first year with the new TV deals incorporated into the accounting figures of the CBA. That is why the CAP is project so high for 15 and 16 and beyond.

The problem is making sure teams are enforced on the Floor CAP where teams have to use 89% of their cash each year on player contracts. That is to kick in this year as well. So teams like Buffalo, Carolina, Cleveland, Cinci, Minnisota; teams that generally don't spend a lot of money and are always well below the CAP, have to start spending.

I am curious if when the NFL starts getting taxed if this will change the cap at all.

The cap is officially at $133M. This helps us quite a bit\
