Regardless of position or round, I'd like to know if there are ten players you just really like as potential Steelers? Maybe you think it's a perfect scheme fit, maybe you think they're exactly what we're missing, or you just like the way they play, etc.

(It'll make it more interesting if their not all RD 1 options)

Here's ten I really like...(no particular order)

CB J.Gilbert
CB/S K.McGill
S C.Pryor
LB J.Attaochu
LB Y.Smallwood
WR D.Adams
LB C.Mosley
TE E.Ebron
DL R.Carrethers
DL E.Stinson

Im not going to name LIKELY first round guys (Dennard, Ebron, etc...) since we talk about them ad nauseam, so Ill list players I like in the 2nd round or later

WR Odell Beckham (may very well go first round, but COULD fall)
WR Martavius Bryant
TE Jacob Pedersen
OT/OG Dakota Dozier
NT Zach Kerr
OLB DeMarcus Lawrence
ILB Preston Brown
CB Pierre Desir

Ill list two more in the future. I still have alot to catch up on and the combine will change some things. Right now, those are some guys Im really liking right now.

I'm going to do the ten I like and the 5 I don't

1. Aaron Donald, DT (Pittsburgh)
Five years from now Donald will be considered the best defensive player to come out of this draft.
2. Larry Webster, DE/OLB (Bloomsburg)
Great size and speed mixture, reminds me of a poor man's Demarcus Ware
3. Bashaud Breeland, CB (Clemson)
Come draft time Breeland will find his way into the 2nd round.
4. Mike Evans, WR (Texas A&M)
The two best defenses Evans faced this season, he put up 200 yards on both.
5. Shayne Skov, ILB (Stanford)
Explosive player, with a nack for finding the ball carrier
6. Robert Herron, WR (Wyoming)
Mid round smaller school speedster, pretty much the Steelers drafting MO as of late
7. Terrance West, RB (Towson)
Every team knew he was getting the ball, yet none of them could stop him
8. C.J. Fiedorowicz, TE (Iowa)
IMO he's the best overall tight end in this draft class (catching and blocking)
9. Brent Urban, DE (Virginia)
Reminds me alot of Aaron Smith
10. Trey Millard, FB (Oklahoma)
If only he could stay healthy

1. Eric Ebron, TE (North Carolina)
First round tight ends need to be special, I just don't see what everyone else sees.
2. Paul Richardson, WR (Colorado)
Decent height and speed but 6'1" and only 172lbs.
3. Kelvin Benjamin, WR (Florida State)
I've said it before on here, Every FSU game I saw Benjamin was at best the 2nd best receiver on his own team
4. Justin Ellis, DT (Louisiana Tech)
With his weight, I see him as nothing more than a platoon/ situational player
5. Lamarcus Joyner, CB (Florida State)
5'8" is too short of a corner for me, maybe he can be moved to safety

1) Ryan Carrethers NT Ark St. - State Wresting champ. Knows how to use leverage and his hands. 400-pound power clean, 664-pound squat and 400-pound incline bench press. My man crush for this draft. Recorded 16 tackles in a game from the NT position.
2) Billy Turner LT NDSU - No longer a secret. 6'5" 315. Long arms and great feet. Needs some more strength but would be a great LT prospect in the 3rd round.
3) Brandon Dixon, Brian Dixon CB - Twin brothers on Northwest Missouri State. Have the stuff that The Steelers look for. 6'0 and fast. Given a chance they will be very good on in the NFL
4) Tyler Starr, OLB, South Dakota. Outstanding LB. Not sure if he would move inside for the Steelers. tore up the Shrine game. Best LB there. Very much like Clay Mathews.
5) Jeff Janis -WR Saginaw Valley State 6'3" Stupid fast. 4.3. Biggest problem is route running and no hops for a tall WR.
6) Carl Bradford ASU OLB Explosive athlete. He will have a very high KEI i worry he is a workout warrior but he has production on the field for a very good ASU defense.
7) Donte Moncrief, Ole Miss, WR: Needs route work but runs a 4.40 and is 6'3" Would be a good pick in the 4th in this very deep draft.
Cool Jeremy Butler, WR, Tennessee-Martin -63- 215 My sleeper pick. Dynamic. runs good routes and has very good hands.
9) Jordan Tripp ILB in the Steeler's scheme. Very good athlete. Explosive. Very instinctive player.
10) Josh Mauro Stanford - One of may favorites for a 3-4 DE. Very stout vs the run.

* If I stuck to the small school picks Zach Moore DE Concordia (St. Paul) will also be a very good 3-4 DE that can be gotten late.

In no particular order:
1. Moncrief. Such a smooth athlete. If he isn't dumb as a bulb, he could be a great player. Reminds me a lot of Gordon.
2. Roby. Crazy athleticism, and taking way too much blame for OSU's screw-ups around him.
3. Van Nuy. Plug in play type guy for any other defense. Technically sound and for some reason, an underrated athlete.
4. EJ Gaines.
5. Josh Mauro. A really good bet in the middle rounds, great fit for 3-4 teams. Not the guy who is going to wow anyone in the underwear Olympics.
6. Borland.
7. Mack.
8. Benjamin/Ebron/Amaro. List them together.
9. Calvin Pryor.
10. Kenny Ladler
Honorable mentions-Aaron Donald, Dee Ford, Kony Early

I can't say I 'love' some of those guys. I dislike a lot of the DB's I've seen.

I have a lot, but I will list a few.

CJ Mosely ILB - plug and play Buck with the ability to not only run the scheme but be a really productive 3-down player.
Marqise Lee WR - He has had some injuries but the can flat out play. Dude will block as well.
Kyle Fuller CB - I think he is the PERFECT pick for CB in rd 2.
Greg Robinson LT - Most athletic OT I have seen in forever. If his pass blocking is remotely close to his run blocking skills, he could be a multiple pro-bowler.
Jordan Matthews WR - Great WR, but I'm really impressed with his maturity and preparation. He will succeed as an NFL WR. His work ethic will make sure of that.
Brandin Cooks WR - If we didn't take Wheaton last year, I would be all over him as a 2nd rd pick. As much as I love MW, I think he is better.
Calvin Pryor S - Love his all-around game coupled with his measureables.
Chris Boralnd ILB - Short? Yep..but the guy is a player with smarts and hunger.
Sammy Watkins WR- This guy will be Tavon Austin + 4 inches. Hate on him if you want b/c of his screen play ratio, but that's what Clemson does. The guys is ELECTRIC.
Bradley Roby CB - Did he underperform? Absoutely. I just tons of athleticism and ability that is untapped. If he is available in the 2nd, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Steelers take him Carnell can mold him into a MONSTER.[

Also really like the following guys:

CB: Dennard, Desir, Gilbert, Victor Hampton (late round guy for Nickel)
S: Dix, Bucannon, Jimmie Ward, Terrence Brooks, Tre Boston
DL: Justin Ellis, Nix, McCullers, Kelcy Quarles, Chaz Sutton
ILB: Van Noy, Telvin Smith, Smallwood
OL: Steen, Lewan, Kouandjio, Brandon Thomas, Yankey
RB: Seastrunk
WR: Adams, Martavis Bryant, Odell Beckham JR, Jarvis Landry, Brandon Coleman
OLB: Mack(stud), Sam, Powell (4th or 5th)

Wanted to get mine in before the combine as to not be "enamored" by any physical feats performed and cloud my judgment (mine is bad enough as it is, don't need any further distractions! Laughing )

TE Xavier Grimble -- I just get the feeling this guy is a bit under-rated. He wasn't featured much in the pass game, but definitely get the feeling that had he, he would be an easy top 40 player. Not too far of a departure from Heath in abilities, IMO.

OT Antonio Richardson -- Won't ever be confused as being a top 5 OT in the NFL anytime in his career, and doesn't have elite ability in any one area, but seems to be "good" at most facets of being an OT. Wouldn't pick him at 15, but if he's there in the 2nd for us (which he won't be), I wouldn't be upset with selecting another LT/RT prospect, if it meant getting rid of Gilbert!

WR Allen Robinson -- Another 2nd Rd prospect that will be gone before our pick, in all likelihood. To me, similar with Grimble, seems to be an "untapped" potential type guy. I think he moves really well for his size.

OLB Carl Bradford -- (ASU Homer pick) This guys gonna beast. That's all I got to say.

TE Arthur Lynch -- (UGA Homer pick) Another "Heath-esque" type of TE. Willing and able blocker, not a speedster. Only question to me is that he seemed to drop too many balls, which is why he'll go in the 4th rd area, but think with some coaching/mentoring, he might turn out to be all right.

CB Darquize Dennard -- If we grab a CB in the 1st, this is the one I want. I'm scared he might get beat deep due to lack of speed, and not being used to his strengths in our D, but I still like him as a player.

FS/SS Jimmie Ward -- Didn't know anything about this guy before the Senior Bowl, but from all reports, he's very versatile with good instincts. Like speed, can't teach instincts.

OT/OG David Yankey -- Read one analysis that he was the 2nd coming of DD. not sure I agree with that, as he's not the technician that DD is, but he's a "mean" player, and I like those...and don't take this the wrong way, but probably closer to the 2nd coming of Willie Colon, which puts a foul taste in anyone's mouth, but really, just saying that he's similar in the "good" traits of Colon; nasty OT/OG hybrid type.

ATH Jeremy Gallon -- Wouldn't be upset with using a late round pick on this guy. He can line up anywhere and has nice hands. Could be a KR/PR specialist and line up in the slot or out wide, and of course, would be a good asset in our WR screen game.

ATH Jerrick McKinnon -- Another versatile type guy that could play a number of positions on offense.

Plus 1 -- RB Devonta Freeman -- Same mold of above two, but probably less versatile, though probably best fit as one who could spell Bell, when needed.
