Offense

Eugene Monroe OT

Defense

BJ Raji NT
LaMarr Houston DE
Malcolm Jenkins FS
Louis Delmas FS
Erin Henderson ILB
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie CB
Sam Shields CB

I think on offense continually improve the OL and get your weapons in the draft. Hopefully pick up a few of these guys. I much prefer some of these guys to our own guys. Bonuses Henderson and Delmas don't count towards compensation picks in 2015 as they were released. Should fetch a nice bounty with Sanders and Worilds most likely departing. Could be another 3rd rd pick!

Huge no to Monroe...

How are these guys "Mid-level"... especially Delmas? He's a 2 x All-Pro Safety. That's hardly "Mid-level"

I feel like Monroe will be overpaid...if not by Baltimore, than someone else, but not us. IMO, he was only truly good-great for one season. Outside of that, everything I ever saw from him was pretty average or above average.

And the only 2 players Id like of your defensive picks are Delmas and DRC. I would take Raji too, but he isnt a notable upgrade from what we already have.

Sam Shields I really like as well, but I see no way Green Bay lets him go...and if he does leave, I see him getting more that we can really give him.

Outside of that, Houston doesnt fit what we do AT ALL, Jenkins isnt good but will be paid like hei is and Henderson is decent but has off field issues.

Offense

Eugene Monroe OT -- He won't leave Baltimore and if he does, someone will overpay for him and I'm not sure he's really that big of an upgrade to our Oline anyway.

Defense

BJ Raji NT -- I think someone is going to take a high priced chance on him, I wouldn't consider him mid-level at all.
LaMarr Houston DE -- Going to get a Huge deal somewhere, he's a Tier 1 type guy.

Malcolm Jenkins FS -- I'll give you this one.
Louis Delmas FS -- His injury struggles might keep him as a mid-level guy.
Erin Henderson ILB -- He's done.
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie CB -- He'll resign with Denver and if he doesn't, he's going to be considered a Tier 1 or Tier 2 type UFA imo.
Sam Shields CB -- Tier 1 guy if he even gets out of Green Bay, going to be signing for like $9M a year.

That's a terrible list.
