http://www.nflschedule2014.org/chargers.html

Home - Denver - Kansas City - Oakland - Baltimore -
Cincinnati - Tennessee - Atlanta - Carolina

Away - Denver - Kansas City - Oakland - Cleveland -
Pittsburgh - New York Jets - New Orleans - Tampa Bay

Looks like only three trips to the East Coast for next season.

Sorry guys. This turns out to be a bogus schedule. SD will be playing the NFC West and AFC East next season. Both very tough divisions.

HOME: AFC West, Patriots, Jets, Jaguars, Seahawks and Rams
ROAD: AFC West, Bills, Dolphins, Ravens 49ers, Cardinals

Actual teams played in 2014-2015 schedule.
On paper this looks like a killer schedule.
At lease only three trips East.

Steel sharpens steel.

Look at the Seahawks' schedule from this past season - NFC South, AFC South (which at the very least, on paper, looked much tougher at this point last year), their own tough division which winning was very much no-gimme, and then the Giants and Vikings (again, this was the Vikings coming off a playoff berth).

One thing is for certain - we're going to have to improve our ability to defend the run, because a fair chunk of the teams on our schedule are going to likely come in with the game plan to run the ball down out throats.

Also, save for the Chiefs, Jags, and possibly Rams games, we shouldn't have to worry about blackouts - good or bad when you consider that that's because the other teams we play at home either travel well or have a good chunk of CA/Arizona fans.

Considering the difference in how we played winning teams vs other teams, I'm happy with these opponents.
