I would be very interested in Carter for a 4th.

I wonder if Washinton would be interested in a Jarvis Jenkins + 4th for Greenway + 5th?

Carter for a 4th is intriguing, I'll give you that, but I don't see why we're throwing around Jenkins so much. He's never played nose, he's inexperienced, the only real thing going for him is his price. Factor in that we can restructure Greenway to soften his cap hit, I see absolutely no point in mentioning him and Jenkins in the same sentence.

I hear ya, I have always loved Greenway but I just think his speed is going to become a major liability. Flipping picks was my bigger thought to that idea, I want as many in the top 100 as possible.

The Bucs have insisted that we give our 3rd for Glennon. So ive discontinued trade talks with them.

Unless yall really want to give up our 3rd.

Not a chance, good call on your part.

Also, I was looking at the schedule, and it looks like we can start tendering ERFAs/RFAs as well as extending or re-signing players on the 11th, so I figured we should get ahead of the game and make sure we know what kind of contracts/tenders everyone is going to get. We are allowed 1 re-signing of a pending free agent as well as 1 extension of a player currently under contract. Still unsure of how many restructures we are limited to.

-ERFA: Matt Asiata
-Cost to tender: $570,000
-Verdict: Yes

-RFA: Marcus Sherels
-Cost to tender: $1,330,000 (Original Round tender)
-Verdict: Yes

-RFA: Larry Dean
-Cost to tender: $1,330,000 (Original Round tender)
-Verdict: Maybe (I'd like to keep him, for nothing else depth and special teams purposes, but if we decide as a majority not to, that's fine by me.)

-Re-signing candidates (In order or priority):
1. DE Everson Griffen
2. QB Matt Cassel
3. DE Jared Allen
4. DT Kevin Williams

Obviously Griffen is priority #1 by a mile, and Jared and Kevin are nothing more than fallback options if we can't pinpoint/come to terms on a good contract proposal for the first two.

-Extension candidates (In order of priority):
1. OG Brandon Fusco
2. TE Kyle Rudolph
Extensions are not necessary, as we don't have a situation like Harvin last year. However, it would be nice to lock up one of our more important, younger players who appear to be coming into their own and could be even better than they already are.

-Restructure candidates (In order of priority):
1. OLB Chad Greenway
2. TE John Carlson (unless we can designate him as retiring or if we just decide to cut him outright)
3. WR Greg Jennings
4. OT Phil Loadholt
5. C John Sullivan
The last 3 aren't really necessary, but they would be ways to save some money, obviously the only warranted one is Greenway, as re-doing his contract would save almost $3 million

Just throwing these things out there for consideration, no need to rush them, but it's still something to keep in the backs of our minds

Well your kind of new, but we really need a HC.

As long as you can be committed to this, I don't see a problem with it. Robbroy what do you think about dacdiggity being the HC?
