Why are the Browns going to trade up all the way to 8?

Prediction: Derek Carr = next Brandon Weeden; Zach Mett will be a good starter; Manziel will be a STAR.
Blake Bortles is going to be a Viking

They have the fire power and I think they would be interested in getting their QB at #4 and maybe Dennard at #8 or OL either way two top 10 picks.
Doesn't necessarily have to be with the Browns I more so mean into the 20's

I was thinking they'd trade up to 8 (assuming they get Manziel with 4) to draft Watkins. Then they might have a decent offense for once.
