It's annoying that there aren't any ways to switch a FB to WR or TE on the in-game substitution screen. Is there a way to let him line up at TE or WR on certain formations wtihout going to depth chart and manually doing it every time? Kinda new to madden. Thanks

Choose your play types on offense by formation. Then use RB (for xbox) to sub in players to certain positions in certain formations. They will remain however you change them for the rest of the game. You do have to do this every game, but it only takes like 30 seconds and you don't ever pause the game. Just pick a formation, highlight the TE position, then put in Reece there if it lets you.

For me personally, put him in as TE #2 on the depth chart while starting at FB.

This works. I leave him at FB though:

That Shotgun set with 2 RBs. Sub him in for Jennings or the RB2 you have in. Backs Cross and the play with curls and swing routes are nice.

Strong I, PA rollout right. The one with the motion the FB left then he runs an out to the right and the TE runs an out right.

You can split him out to WR too in a lot of formations.

This play is my secret weapon:
Pro twins, PA rollout right. WR in the slot runs a drag right. FB runs a parallel pattern right underneath. TE runs a flag. One of those 3 will be open 90% of the time. If the WR gets the ball, the FB blocks for him if you run laterally for a second then cut up. If the FB gets the ball, the WR blocks for him if you run straight north. If the TE gets the ball, you either can run right out of bounds or sometimes you can take it to the house depending on how bad you burnt them.
